Not Open @9.30 on sat night!

I have been coming here for years. Good ice cream.But last both times we came they were closed more than 30 min earlier than the time. Call before you drive.

me and my friend (and her big little brother) decided to get a fun little sweet treat after our lunch today. we were not greeted in any shape or form. everything we attempted to order was “out of stock” or “not available at the moment”. not only that but each time we ordered something, they messed it up EVERY ‼️ SINGLE ‼️ TIME ‼️. please train your employees better when making this rolled ice cream because it was not it

Terrible place. I am going to start with the service. Since we enter the place the Asian girl was rude and did not even greeted us back only the other lady which was very kind. Each one started to do one ice cream roll on their station and while they were doing them you could see the difference in level of quality, service and passion. Unfortunately, the Asian girl did mine, the Matcha flavor and it was made so fast, with half the product, so small and poor. Wile the other girl did my son’s and it looked so yummy like in the pictures. She said she could do another one, but it is was the person who wouldn’t add passion to her job. Finally my husband ordered a Coconut Milk tea and the bobba was aged, dry and expired which made the flavor of the tea bitter. He had to throw it away. There’s too may ice cream places to choose from, don’t go here.

not sure if the previous owners sold the business, but this new guy running the shop is incompetent. rude to the customers, extremely slow service, unable to perform the bare minimum task of placing the order correctly, zero awareness of them customers being served. we used to come here, but never again.

There was a gentleman and a woman working there last night 3/14/26 at around 9-10pm. The man working there was talking to someone who was making an order and talking. I didnt think anything of it until the gentleman working pulled out his knife out and proceeded to pretend to slice his own neck. He also berated the female employee and stated at least 3 times that he will be fireing her. Me and my friends felt very uncomfortable.

the store is open , once i tried to open the door , it was locked , one of your employees saw me & she just shook her head ? when there’s a whole sing that says open right in front of the door , this is terrible .

Closed at the wrong time

The pictures looked so good so we stopped by. It was busy and only one worker. He couldnt make the rolls so we got broken pieces and it had no flavor at all. He said the owners left him by himself due to an immigration issue and it will probably be closed. I do not recommend coming here.

Male staff member was very rude. Will not be back, do not recommend.

The staff was nice but the ice cream was way too sweet and didn’t taste like Thai tea ice cream. I feel like it had a sour aftertaste, kind of like mango or pineapple. Maybe the owner can work on the recipe

If you're reading this as of Sunday Feb 1 this business is not open despite saying it is. I just drove from sugarland. Such a disappointment and this is exactly what the last location did before the shut down. They stopped showing up.
