It took over 10 minutes to be seated, with a reservation. It took over 45 minutes to get food for four people, and one order was incorrect. It also took 15-20 minutes to get the bill after it was requested. One order was a biscuits and gravy, and three were the hill country scramble. We stayed for almost 2 hours to wait to be served and pay to leave.

Our experience at 290 Brewery was amazing! We had the best service thanks to our server DAVID S.!!! He was so professional, kind caring and attentive! We had a lot of questions due to food restrictions and he took amazing care of us! Best ever!! Please give him a raise and promotion - he so deserves it!

We did the red flight which was very good even included a port. Our favorites were the Maverick and the group therapy and we had the chicken sandwich was the best chicken sandwich. I've ate in a long time it was fabulous. It taste was great. It was good size was marvelous, and the sweet potato fries were very very good, good service

Nice place and convenient since we were staying there. 2nd time here and both times have been a disappointment.Simple chips and salsa- 20 mins to come out.Salad with chicken- prob another 15-20 mins.Wouldn’t mind the wait so much if it was packed but it wasn’t and Chris our waiter, was nice but he could have checked on us and updated us on why it takes so long to “cook up” some chips.Then chicken was mainly dark meat and not very good. Salad was ok but way too much dressing.Maybe order dressing on the side..$50 for the bill.. again not horrible pricing but when the food isn’t good , that hurts.Don’t think we’ll be back. A quick drive to Johnson city would be a better choice.

Our dinner on the patio was very nice. The weather was perfect. The food was tasty. I would have given a higher rating however we barely had our appetizer and sips of wine when the salads arrived then main entree's. It felt rushed and our table didn't have room for our wine tasting, appetizers, salad plates and main entrees. The server tried taking our appetizer to make room but we weren't finished yet. Maybe the kitchen can time things better in the future. We will give it another try when in the area.
