When you are in Johnson City, you need to check out this sandwich shop! The friendly atmosphere and relaxed setting provides the perfect place to sip on Vinovium wine and enjoy the town square. Currently, their menu includes various sandwiches, soups, salads, a mezze board and homemade cookies. Don’t forget to check out their specials! I can’t wait to come back to try the Mac and cheese and grilled cheese. It’s a plus to find good fresh food and wine open late.

Hit Picnic’d to grab a sandwich. Ended up with a delicious sandwich, snacks, glass of wine, great boost to our spirits by the charismatic good hearted owner, and almost had to get some ice cream and a t-shirt (not sure how we didn’t)

I will make a point to visit Picnic again when passing through town. I stopped in for a very quick visit to grab a sandwich and had an excellent overall experience. The food is delicious. The space is well designed with nice indoor and outdoor areas. Henry was super welcoming which made for a great atmosphere from the start.
