MISSY provided excellent customer service above and beyond my expectations — especially after the failed delivery. Without MIssy, the delivery of my chocolate lava cakes would have never been recovered.
Recently tried Dominos for the first time in over a decade when we saw they had a gluten free crust option (someone in our family has an allergy). I think I somehow messed up our online order, as our delivery wasn’t gluten free. I called the restaurant to clarify. Small things make the biggest impact. Today my son and I were waiting on our pizza in line at the window. Lady in front of us hadn’t moved in a while. A delivery guy (Isaac) came out to load up his car with deliveries and noticed us waiting. He took the time to come over, asked my name to check on our order. He went inside and brought it out to us.
