I come to the Jourdanton DQ often and use my coupons from the app. They told me today they do not take the coupons and I told him I was just there and yes they do. I felt bad for the young man because the supervisor on shift did not want to do her job. She even refused to come and tell me herself. I pulled up the participating locations on the DQ app and showed him. I hope she learns what her job entails and what they do and do not take for future orders. we went back after a long time being poor management. rude employees food horrible. now it is so pleasant food was great management was really good. we will be going back.
food is always cold or not made correctly. staff is always rude. never trust the open hours.
