DQ in Bandera was the BOMB back in the day, and sadly, once Penny retired it went down hill and fast. I am happy to report that I have recently visited twice and each time, the service and food was spectacular! I had a great experience at the Dairy Queen in Jourdanton, Texas! My order came out fresh, except for the fries, which were a bit undercooked. I let the front team know, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. They immediately offered to remake the fries fresh, and even gave me a $15 gift card for the inconvenience—such a thoughtful gesture!
