I had a great experience at the Dairy Queen in Jourdanton, Texas! My order came out fresh, except for the fries, which were a bit undercooked. I let the front team know, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. They immediately offered to remake the fries fresh, and even gave me a $15 gift card for the inconvenience—such a thoughtful gesture!
