Came across this place by accident while traveling on I-10. Stopped at the Lowes in town for groceries- saw it next door. Small cafe- the typical “hole in the wall”. I figured “why not?.
The carne guisada itself was worth the detour off the fwy. Come early, as it is traditionally made and they only do so much. Service was top-notch, was told the tacos were “pretty darn good”. Will be back, for sure.

Snuck in for some Mexican Food following the eclipse. Not disappointed, nice & hot with great taste. Had the bean & cheese nachos and Chile Rellano with Beef & Rice/Beans.
