My only regret is not getting a large! We had two delicious drinks (iced vanilla latte breve/iced chai latte) and some sweet treats! Great little coffee shop! Definitely my new fave stop 🩵

Junction, TX The Honey Bean Coffee is a great little coffee stop. They make a great cup of coffee and a pretty good snickerdoodle. The staff is very friendly and patient, helping customers through their options. The Berry Latte and Smore Latte were so good, not overly sweet with different milk alternatives available. The honey coffee was very well made. The flat white and great chai lattes are made with really, really good quality beans. Delicious cookies are also available, with friendly service and no upcharge for oat milk. This wonderful little coffee trailer shows they are working hard for their customers. It is a very pleasant experience, and customers will come back every trip through Junction.
