Horrible way to treat employees and customers...a lil warning would have been a decent thing to do...
Stopped here for an afternoon break. Had the fried gator and jalapeno cornbread. Also had the Riverbend burger basket. The food was all excellent and the staff were very kind & accommodating.
The service was great. They took care of us very well. Scenery was beautiful
I would never recommend a place that would treat their employees like they did. Having to find out that you don’t have a job anymore through Facebook is the sorriest thing I’ve ever heard of.
I can't believe their staff had to find out about the restaurant closing from a Facebook post! Then they had the audacity to delete their post when the staff spoke up. Pitiful.
Great food. Very nice staff. Definitely a place to go on Caddo Lake. Thanks for making the weekend special.????
Great food blackened catfish and crawfish
The good reviews made us choose this restaurant over Big Pines Lodge. But we were disappointed. The fried shrimp had an unusual coating on it which did not make it tasty. The fried catfish was OK but not exciting. The onion rings were tough. The pinto beans and the corn bread were both excellent. The takeout service was also very good.
Great food nice view. You should try to make reservation to avoid long line.
Great food and great service. Oh, did I mention the view from the outside porch? Yeah, that's the best.Check out those hush puppies, yum.

I liked the outdoor seating, it was warm, but a little breezy. And the entire deck had like a bug net all around it.The food was pretty good. I had catfish and shrimp, very filling. Their Cole slaw was sweet, but very well made. Their hush puppies were very unique, but so good!We had the fried gator, I loved the seasoning on them. Dipped in a jalapeno ranch... Very tasty. Overall it was a good experience, I would go back.
Very nice location. We were seated outside. Beautiful river/forest scenery. Good service and average seafood.
