“This is one of those places you hear about and wonder whether you should even go in when you first see it from the outside. The building looks old, rustic, and completely different from what most people would expect from a pizza place. Add the “Cash Only” sign, and we were definitely hesitant. Thankfully, we took the risk!

Once inside, there’s a comfortable air-conditioned seating area that immediately makes you feel at ease. The gentleman running the place was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He took our order, served us, and let us know upfront that the wood-fired pizzas would take about 30 minutes. He was very considerate and wanted to make sure we were okay with the wait before ordering. He even told us to help ourselves to drinks from the fridge while we waited.

It appeared to be a small operation, with one person running the front and another working in the back making pizzas in the wood-fired oven. The wait was absolutely worth it. The pizzas came out perfectly cooked with a crisp crust and delicious wood-fired flavor. Every slice had those wonderfully crispy edges that make great pizza memorable.

Another unexpected bonus was the pool table area, which gave everyone something to do while waiting. Everyone loved the pizza, even the vegetable pizza disappeared quickly, which is not something that happens often with kids!

We had a group of 11 people, and two of their large 16-inch pizzas were enough to feed everyone. Between the unique atmosphere, genuinely friendly service, and excellent pizza, this is the kind of hidden gem you hope to find when traveling. We’re very glad we didn’t judge it by its exterior and would absolutely come back again.”

“Didn't have actually food but I can't leave 1 star. I had a beer it was cold. The hamburgers and cheeseburgers are made with homemade patties. So that's a good sign. I will be back to try those. Good atmosphere. Rustic place. Friendly bartender. She said Fridays and Saturday nights are packed. I was there Sunday at lunch.”
