I love this place. Has the most delicious raspas, elotes and aguas frescas.

The selection of flavors was truly impressive, offering something for everyone. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my visit. Furthermore, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a pleasant experience. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment for a delicious treat.

As a Cypress resident, we lack what we call the Latino Flavor out here, so the wifey and I decided to travel a far (25 min) to Katy and take in the delights of Acalpulco Tropical! It did not fail to quench our thirsts and cravings! Good spot to take your family. Hechale Mi Gente!!!!

I love this place! Snacks are amazing and the customer service is great. They are always quick to get the order to us & the patio area is really nice and refreshing!

One Star – Never Coming Back

This snow cone shop is an absolute disaster. The service is straight-up terrible — the staff had horrible attitudes and acted like they couldn’t care less about the customers. Not even a smile or basic politeness.

Now let’s talk about the snow cones: disgusting. They tasted like straight-up booty. The ice was cheap and crunchy in the worst way, and the flavors? They claim they’re “all natural,” but honestly, they tasted like something scooped out of a toilet. Totally artificial and gross.

Save your money and your tastebuds. There are way better places out there. Avoid this dump at all costs.

Cute place with a good casual vibe and nice covered and outdoor seating. Our usual food truck for elotes was closed so google got us here. I asked them if they could do it spicy but was told we could use the hot sauce on the counter. The corn provided only had cheese and cream no chilli powder or hot sauce or lime which was a bummer as i specifically was craving spice. The chili powder was also behind the counter and not readily accessible unless asked for. Also ordered pina icecream which perhaps my misunderstanding i thought would be icecream but was more like shaved ice that tasted more mango than pina. Service was quick and fine no complains.

THEY NOT LIKE US

Ownership has changed Mexicans no longer own this establishment Latin Americans do. When you ask for a corn in a cup they will not ask if you want Valentina or hot sauce on it they will ask if you want some “salsa” and will proceed to add in CHAMOY. My ancestors felt this disrespect from their graves.

The traffic speaks volumes this place no longer has a line that blocks up north fry and the prices are rising but the quantity and quality is not! RIP to a delicious establishment.

Mexican owners stop selling your staple businesses to people who don’t take the time to understand our culture and to the buyers please stop! There’s a reason you don’t see Mexicans opening up pupusa stands and it’s because it wouldn’t be the same!

All in all so sad this is probably the 2nd Mexican business that is becoming gentrified by Latin Americans here in west houston and probably not the last…

terrible customer service the lady working today was super rude and rolled her eyes when I was speaking to her even though she was nice to my boyfriend, which was weird. The last time we came a guy working there had snarky remark about how they’re about to close and that I was saying the name of the nieve wrong. They just always have attitude right off the bat. Don’t know her name but she was working window tonight at 8:40 pm.

Been here since day one, but it's time to start accepting credit cards, it's already about to be the year 2025.

It used to be good. Now everything is overpriced, and it takes forever to get your items. I ordered a tamarind raspa and an acapulco tropical. They both tasted like watered down versions of what I used to get. It also took them 20-25 minutes even though they only had three cars in the drive through and two people eating at a table.
