terrible customer service the lady working today was super rude and rolled her eyes when I was speaking to her even though she was nice to my boyfriend, which was weird. The last time we came a guy working there had snarky remark about how they’re about to close and that I was saying the name of the nieve wrong. They just always have attitude right off the bat. Don’t know her name but she was working window tonight at 8:40 pm.

It used to be good. Now everything is overpriced, and it takes forever to get your items. I ordered a tamarind raspa and an acapulco tropical. They both tasted like watered down versions of what I used to get. It also took them 20-25 minutes even though they only had three cars in the drive through and two people eating at a table.

I love to visit Acapulco tropical every time I visit Katy, Tx . The elote tastes delicious, the mango is to die for it, and the place is actually pretty nice. I Totally recommend it.

I didn't like this place because they don't set the prices to know what each thing costs, you go shopping and you don't know the prices... a month ago I went and bought a snow and two large corn and it cost me $16 and now I went again and I bought the same thing and it was $21.10... I tried to talk to someone about the prices and no one could tell me anything. Honestly I wouldn't give any stars but I had to give one to be able to comment something. Oh and the customer service is HORRIBLE

Very expensive! They just raised the prices, they don't give a receipt, and they don't accept cards, only CASH! A large raspa for $13.50 😯 a glass with ice and a little tamarind for 13.50 is a lot of money I already went to another place the same size and better at 5 Dollars shaved ice experts in long point and silver
