I love to visit Acapulco tropical every time I visit Katy, Tx . The elote tastes delicious, the mango is to die for it, and the place is actually pretty nice. I Totally recommend it.

I didn't like this place because they don't set the prices to know what each thing costs, you go shopping and you don't know the prices... a month ago I went and bought a snow and two large corn and it cost me $16 and now I went again and I bought the same thing and it was $21.10... I tried to talk to someone about the prices and no one could tell me anything. Honestly I wouldn't give any stars but I had to give one to be able to comment something. Oh and the customer service is HORRIBLE

I have been going here for years with my family and it’s great, probably better than most ice cream places I go to, the food is probably the greatest food in the area, the ice cream that I get which are cookies n cream, chocolate, or there snow cones are extremely good and are great, the banana smoothies and los elotes/corn are the sweet and goodThe service is pretty good as they are pretty nice, although we had some trouble before but they have never got my order wrong so it’s goodThe atmosphere isn’t bad, even though your are surrounded by a car repair place, a little Caesar’s and a dealership, but the colorful wooden build and the extended part without a roof is always nice with eating food, and the wind for some reason is always blowing when I go there.Over all it’s pretty great

I told the girl tamarindo and limon ice cream with pulpa de tamarindo and I like tamarind pulp a lot but I payed $2 dllrs extra for seeds...smh I only have 30 minutes for lunch and when I got to work was no pulp only seeds and no limon it was something else that I didn't order...will not go there any more...bad service all

Good prices. I love coming to this place their Nieves are yummy and their elote is good. It sucks that they use canned corn for their elote but overall is still good. This place only accepts cash so be ready for that.
I showed up and the line was loooooong. I waited and ordered my food (cash only) and it was the best Mexican snacks I have ever had!!

I usually like this place but they for whatever reason can't put chamoy or chili on the side. I like to share with my kids but they don't like the spiciness. Every other place has no problem with putting the sauces on the side but not them. They act like I'm gonna go to my non-existent lab to figure out what ingredients they mix together. I'll just take my business elsewhere since they want to look at me like I'm crazy when I ask for things on the side. And yes you can put the sauce on the side y'all just lazy and don't want to.
