We love coming to this place! The complementary bread is delish, buy the marinara sauce, it’s worth it. The meals are good, portions are big, but service is always great. The prices are very affordable. Julia does a wonderful job taking care of us. Wish I could remember to take pictures of our food, but we always dig in fast.

We ate at the Adriatic café for the first time and we’re extremely disappointed. We thought the good reviews meant there would be great food and service.
The service felt very odd, uncomfortable, and clunky. The food was very low quality and we could have cooked a better meal at home. I would put the quality a few levels below Olive Garden.
If you’re looking for some quick, Americanized, Italian style food, this could be your place. We wouldn’t recommend it and we won’t eat here again.

Food was very good, but took extremely long to get. The AC was blasting on and off so was cold in restaurant. What i hated was i came on my birthday. What terrible service on my special day. 😭😞

I had an splendid experience today at the Adriatic Cafe in Katy. The best caprese salad I ever had in Houston area in the last 25 years. Tasty tomatoes and tender and juice mozzarella cheese. I also enjoyed the chicken parmesan chicken cooked to perfection. last but not least the quality of service was outstanding. They always checking on you to see if everything pleased you.

Adriatic Café Italian Grill was such a cozy and satisfying stop for me. I went in craving something warm and comforting, and the food hit the spot in the best way, the kind of meal where you take that first bite and instantly relax. The atmosphere has that classic, homey Italian feel, and the staff was friendly and attentive without hovering. It’s one of those places where you can sit, enjoy your food, and not feel rushed at all. I’d definitely come back when I’m in the mood for good, comforting Italian food.
