I think this is the best ramen in the area, in my opinion better than Jinya. Even when this place gets busy you never have to wait for a long time, the waiters are very attentive and work hard. Everything is delicious and portions are good size.

Loved the ambience, server was friendly. Highly suggest the Brussel sprouts in the appetizer. A standout appetizer that pairs beautifully with ramen. Chicken skewers ramen was good(was not a fan of the veggie broth though). Aji bun and Aji fried rice were delectable.

I have been coming to this restaurant since their opening. College buddies and I used to come every few weeks and meet, catch up. This restaurant has turned from a ritual meeting place of ours into a place where we bring our friends and families. The service is always top notch, the food is always hot and delicious, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is personable, friendly, and genuine. I have tried nearly everything on the menu and have never been less than impressed. The restaurant as a whole makes you feel welcome and important, as if you’re one of their own friends or family members. I can’t see a time where I will ever stop coming here. Jackie, Fiona, Brendan, and all the other staff members are incredible.

Revieq for Ramen. I asked extra hot temperature, but the ramen came out like room temperature. It was warm but not hot. Other foods are good but ramen was disappointed.
Service: they could ask, how was foods. But they never showed up. When I was at the table there was 1 another customer group, so they could've ask.

Today I have the best experience in Aji Ramen. It was my wife birthday. No sooner the owner knew about it, he surprised us with a Souffle So good, so delicious that it made us jump from our sockets...literally...! I Always come here, but this time it is imperant for me you to enjoy that as well.

Had a fantastic dining experience! My wife enjoyed the pork belly ramen and fresh fish—both beautifully presented and full of flavor. The ramen was spot on, rich and perfectly balanced. I went with the ribeye and pork belly skewers, seasoned simply with salt and pepper as requested—both were delicious. The owner personally greeted us, adding a warm touch to the experience. The ambiance, highlighted by cherry blossoms, created a lovely atmosphere. Overall, great food, excellent service, and a wonderful setting. We’ll definitely be back!

went here on valentine’s day with my bf! the food was crazy good- we had the pork belly and house marinade skewers & the spicy miso ramen. the ramen was perfectly salted but the pork belly was the star!!! will go here again, but there were only two servers working….. who in there right mind would only schedule two servers on a busy holiday? we felt bad for them!!! but the two girls did great & were super nice :) management needs to work on scheduling workers…
