This place makes going to the movies feel special again. Just a few nitpicks keep me from giving it five stars. First, I've been to several screenings where loud, disruptive customers were given warnings but were not escorted out of the theater as the rules imply. They were allowed to stay and continue being obnoxious and rude, ruining an otherwise great film viewing experience. Second, the seats - they're incredibly difficult to get out of. Being able to adjust the tray and move it around would go a long way to making visits more enjoyable. I don't like to recline while I'm eating, and the position of the tray makes it hard to sit up straight.

I've been coming to this location for many years and I have never had a bad experience. They have good food, good staff, good movies, and their policy about banning talking and cell phone usage is very welcome. I can't recommend this chain or this location enough.

I'm not sure what happened recently but service has gone way down lately. It's a toss up if you'll actually get what you order and it takes halfway through the movie before you get it.

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.Alamo Draft House went from a 10 to a 0 for my family.We were frequent Alamo visitors and have visited each location that has been in the Houston area and this location has been nothing but a horrible experience. I'm not sure what happened when this location opened but it needs help with cleanliness and customer service. The first time visiting this location was in October 2023 when going to see Scream.. popcorn was extremely over buttered and our server forgot about our entire theater and left everyone in the theater waiting for their card back for over 25 minutes after the movie ended. We had to leave the theater to get a manager for our server to come back and tend to the entire theater.We chalked it up to a freak thing and a bad day and decided to come back for the Twilight Movie Party. I ordered our tickets a month in advance and was SO excited to be able to participate to this movie party since Twilight has been my go to movie since I was in High School. When the day came we arrived early and turned on our light for our order to be taken and it took our server a while to take our order then once ordering just a popcorn and some drinks we ended up 10 minutes into the movie and our food or drinks never came. The audio was extremely low and over all it was not a "party" or a good time. We left the theater and waited by the box office for 5 minutes with no one in sight and decided to leave. Getting a refund back was an entirely different negative experience if you think you can't find a manager at the theater forget trying to call the manager line Alamo has set up its like pulling teeth to get one to come to the phone and once speaking with one they sound frustrated, pushy and rude. A refund of two movie vouchers when I spent $50 originally for Movie Party tickets is absurd to even suggest just to rush me and get me off the phone. Overall, we will not be returning to Alamo Draft House anymore, I just cannot validate spending any more money at a place that has treated my family and I so poorly and a location with employees that hold zero accountability and lack morals. Terrible experience. Do better Alamo.

It is the Alamo, not too good, not too bad. The food was good, but the service could be better, some of our food was incomplete, forgot a couple of request and came back only on check time.

It was my first time going to an Alamo Drafthouse. Went to see Caste: Origins on 3/6. Loved the experience! Nice ambiance. The food I tried (avocado toast with egg) was surprisingly good. Went back on 3/8 to see Dune 2 - same great service and experience. Had the avocado toast again (?) and fried pickle spears. They were really good too. Will go back for sure.
