We have it another try today and I'm very disappointed, a family of 4, paid $95 for iftaar you expect satisfaction. It all looked like leftovers! I actually want my money back! The salad was limp and soggy, the beef shawerma was a more like fajitas, I think they ran out of the right kind of meat? The chicken shawerma plate was mediocre. The little condiments with cucumber yogurt and tehini tasted sour bad. The only thing that was fresh was the bread.I've been cooking Mediterranean food for my family for decades, I can tell when foods is made with care/ fresh or not. Is the owner out for Ramadan??

The best Arab desserts in all of Houston! Great selection of desserts that are fresh and fairly priced compared to comps in the area. They also have great food, with their chicken shawarma sandwich being the best shawarma I’ve had in Houston and top 3 best shawarma I’ve had in the US. All their food is made fresh and is very delicious. The staff is also friendly and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. The outdoor seating is also clean and well maintained and a great place to sit when coming here at night. During Ramadan they’re open until 2 AM every night, which allows you to catch them after taraweeh.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at Karam Grill! We went for the Ramadan Iftar buffet and it was phenomenal. The food was fresh, the salads and pastries were all fresh and the desert options were nice too. I have recommended this place to a few friends who also have great things to say about this place, the food and the shisha. Will definitely be coming here more often.

The food is not good, the lady in the front has a bad attitude, she stuffed bread into my bag without gloves after touching her phone all in front of me with no shame. That is very unsanitary.

The most incredible service and delicious food. Johnny was our waiter and he was probably the best waiter I've ever had. We stumbled in on Christmas because nothing else was open and we will be coming back. The food was a 10 out of 10 and the service was even better! Loved it!
I'm giving two stars for the portion of food that they charge. This is a mixed plate for one with chicken beef and lamb and it's basically a piece of each one and it came with a scoop of hummus, fatoush and rice and the only moneys worth is the pita bread. I paid $32 for all of this!! I can order off Uber and get two huge long skewers of chicken or beef down Westheimer and get a huge portion of rice and pita and pay $35! I will not come here again. They ripped me off. I can pay 23.00 for sultani at Kasra! which is two long skewers of meat on a lot of rice and they include a lot of vegetables in the price and this is thru Uber eats!
