First burgers ever because the french dips I use to love are too salty to eat the past year or so. Burgers looked done on outside, but not cooked inside??? Cold. Not even warm. Fries were only warm. Mac and cheese only luke warm and looked unappetizing. Guess it's mostly fly by truckers here but they deserve better than that. We won't be eating at Arbys anymore. Used to be hot and kind of wholesome food but not anymore. The only thing we will come back for is the orange cream shake in the summer. Very good...like the old orange Julius back in the day. Could we have complained here tonite? Nah. No one but kids running this operation. One back there might be 20.

Shady location at truck gas stop. The commercials about the steak nuggets looked really good so I got a 9 piece for over $10. All 9 fits into this small container and the small piece actually counted as ONE. I got duped!!! I didn’t get the MEATS!!!! It was pieces of dry brisket meat reheated. One and done. Not coming back.

I drove 20 plus minutes to get there. I tried to go to the one in Rosenberg, Tx , which is closer to me yesterday, and I get there and it’s closed down. Google didn’t notify this. At the Peterson road location in Katy, Tx I ordered the “loaded Italian” at the drive thru. There wasn’t anything loaded about it. I barely had any pepperoni and the other meats were barely there. Lettuce, tomatoes were barely there. I mostly tasted the aioli sauce and bread, .thats it. I paid almost 20 for a meal! I had more drink than food. Yes it came with your side of choice, but definitely wasn’t worth your $$20! Also it didn’t have the banana peppers. If I pay that much for a sandwich you better not forget anything that goes on it! I didn’t even finish it because I was so disappointed in the taste and the quality. Very disappointed in what I paid for. Never going back !
I visited the restaurant on July 24th, 2025 @ 6:30 am and I saw 3 female employees and one male.... they were each cleaning something. The cashier that helped me with my order started cleaning right away afterwards. She was very kind to me... they were greeting every one who came in..I appreciate and admire this work ethic and customer service... who ever there boss is i hope he/she knows how hard they work because they sure are putting in there effort.

I Love Arby's and I wish there were more around the Houston area! I was out on a business trip and decided to stop here for a quick bite to eat. The food was great and I have no complaints there. But I felt that the service could have been better. The cashier kept leaving the register to go take care of things in the kitchen, and some of the staff looked like they were running around trying to do several different things at once! They were a bit slow serving the line.
