I visited the restaurant on July 24th, 2025 @ 6:30 am and I saw 3 female employees and one male.... they were each cleaning something. The cashier that helped me with my order started cleaning right away afterwards. She was very kind to me... they were greeting every one who came in..I appreciate and admire this work ethic and customer service... who ever there boss is i hope he/she knows how hard they work because they sure are putting in there effort.

I Love Arby's and I wish there were more around the Houston area! I was out on a business trip and decided to stop here for a quick bite to eat. The food was great and I have no complaints there. But I felt that the service could have been better. The cashier kept leaving the register to go take care of things in the kitchen, and some of the staff looked like they were running around trying to do several different things at once! They were a bit slow serving the line.

The gentleman at the window was super sweet and friendly. However, $16 for two Reuben sandwiches that were not only thinly filled, but about 50% of each sandwich had stuff on it and the other 50% was just bread.
Is Arby's trying to tell us to get Vietnamese sandwiches instead or from elsewhere?
We have options. We don't need to feel cheated.

A bit disappointed, i order the the mac n cheese bite and there is no mac n cheese, just cheese. Do not call it a mac n cheese if you are not going to add the pasta in it. Just call it a cheeses ball

I usually tend to stay away from Arby’s because I have never been before and people always talk about Arby’s not being the best fast food choice. I decided to try it today off a whim with my partner and we were surprised at how good everything was. Mainly the service. Willie was so patient with us at the drive through when I asked for some time, he truly made the experience worth the stop. The food was hot and fresh and the pricing surprised us as well. The food was out so fast too! Willie took great care of us and made me definitely want to come back.
