I never post a review for fast food, but here's my exception. The place was clean and the service was very nice and the food was fresh and hot. The new steak bites were good, and the deli turkey sandwich was as expected. Most of the time if I go to this restaurant it's thru the drive thru and it's roast beef, and it's always just right.

Was welcomed by a very cheerful and kind gentleman. He always jokes and gives the customers a good laugh which is appreciated. Food was excellent and freshly made. The only reason for a four star rather than five was today there were some homeless ladies using the washroom for the entire time we were there. I’m sensitive to their situation but as a paying customer I wasn’t able to use the washroom as they were using it to clean up. Another lady came in making loud noises and wasn’t well. I think management should address the issue so it doesn’t deter their customers.

This place is a dump!
Every single table and seat were filthy. Middle of the afternoon on a Saturday. Place was totally empty except for me and the staff, 2 workers (including manager) yapping laughing and chatting and having fun in the back while the cashier is busy texting up-front the entire time. It starts with management and trickles down as habits displayed by the rest of the staff. Arby's does not want your business! They don't care!
They can control the cleanliness of the dining room but they choose not to. Instead, they're just being lazy and not caring. What they really can't control, is the terrible homeless problem surrounding the entire establishment and area. It's become a nightmare and I am not driving out of my way to go to this Arby's anymore I am sick of it. Who on Earth would want to drive to this homeless refuge dump where they don't clean the tables the seats or the floor?? (And then pay them to dine in it!!!!)

Rick was the kindest and funniest taking our orders at Arby’s!! He made everyone smile,l. I got the jalapeño bites, mozarella sticks, and potato cakes and love them as usual
Ordered the new angus cheesesteak sandwich after hearing rave reviews on social media. They were skimpy with the meat but it had a decent flavor. The meat was a little mushy in texture. The price point is ok but im use to eating a cheesesteak where the meat covers the entirety of the sandwich! I more than likely want get it again!
