Was welcomed by a very cheerful and kind gentleman. He always jokes and gives the customers a good laugh which is appreciated. Food was excellent and freshly made. The only reason for a four star rather than five was today there were some homeless ladies using the washroom for the entire time we were there. I’m sensitive to their situation but as a paying customer I wasn’t able to use the washroom as they were using it to clean up. Another lady came in making loud noises and...
I don't know his name but the manager who was working yesterday evening but we ordered on the Arby's website but door dash delivered it and they left it at the wrong address. I made a complaint on the Arby's website and the manager got in touch with us right away. And he was nice and made it right.
