Twice they left me waiting for more than 1 hour and when I asked for the second time how much was left they told me again that it's almost out, I told them that I wouldn't wait any longer that if it didn't come out in 5 minutes they would give me my money back, the 2 fat women They bothered me and with a bad attitude without waiting they returned my money because it was more than obvious that the order had not even been started after 1 hour 15 minutes without apologies and without anything very bad service and bad treatment of the customer it is their fault and they are bothered! !! Most of the people who work with me come here and I'm going to tell them not to come back since we always come on time, which is a shame because the food is really very good and the one that most resembles my roots!!! But I'm not coming back and not because of the delay time because here we are human and we make mistakes, that's the second time it's happened to me, but because of how rude they are and not having empathy with the customer and accepting their mistake is disrespectful. those 2 women

This is the second time the same thing has happened to me. I arrive, I order my food, they hand me the device that is supposed to ring me when the order is ready. After 1 hour of waiting I approached and asked how much longer I should wait. They never found my order, not even the “little paper” that is to say I was never in the “queue”. They just asked me again “well, what did you order? Not even an “excuse me”. I had to wait again; so they prepare the order. So much so that the people who were behind me when I ordered; They were already getting up from the table, that is, they ordered after me (there were about 5 of them) they had already finished eating (imagine how long I waited). At least I receive an apology from the girl who delivered the order to me (who was not the same one who placed the order).

The best I have visited in Texas. The first day I ordered pernil arepas and they are the best. Yesterday I went and tried a beef burger and I can't explain how delicious it was. I had not wanted to arrive earlier because of the amount of people there are always, but I see the reason, it is worth the wait because the food is very delicious, there is nothing like it in all of Texas.
