Terrible customer service. Food was bad tasting and I reported to manager and he cursed me out calling me cheap and didn’t want to refund my food. I will be contacting the higher authority to complain

Pathetic. It is one of the worst place in this dining area. Noodles they gave me were completely uncooked and no veggies added in that. Upon returning the uncooked noodles, they substituted it with Rolls but with more price than the menu price. Made me wait 10+ minutes just for getting anothet Roll. I don't recommend this place.

This and the one next to it are the same thing. It's fake competition so just see the items you want.The review is for the other side but it's applicable here. Same staff.Staff is really rude. Same dude was ignoring us on the other side, then we went to this side and same dude showed up. Served a sample while not bothering to look at me, shoved the piece of hot chicken straight onto my hand. Like wth man?They also charge you one extra meat if you get half rice half noodles. $3 extra; damn. No other places I've been to do this.

The chicken had pieces in bad condition, my husband told the person who served us that some pieces of chicken were not good, the lady who served us got angry and said that she had already eaten some food, obviously I was eating and inside Of the chicken that was good, there were some bad ones, he got very angry and my husband told him that he would fix the problem another way, and he returned the money to us in a very bad way, we have already eaten there several times, and we like it, but not today It was my day, they put chicken from another day in the new one, and it was ruined, I will not eat there again, I'm sorry but it made me very disgusted

Not a great service. They tried to charge me for 3 entrees even thou you get only 1 or 2, they will want to charge you for 3 , they will say it's the same price . When asked for a cup of ice , they refused to give me some. Anywhere else they are more friendly and willing to give cup of ice for your drink that you just purchased from them.

I was in line with my husband to order and my husband wanted to tasted one of the meats. This particular meat and didn’t like but when he said no the gentleman behind the counter assisting me then went directly to the person behind me and stopped assisting me . He dismissed me and my husband I told him I wanted something and he laughed and didn’t not acknowledge that he was being rude and so unkind. I will not come back to eat her due to poor customer service. My husband may have not liked that particular meat but I did. So rude and disrespectful

I've never had worse Chinese food. I understand it's the food court, but man. Have you seen that Rick & Morty episode about sugar chicken? That's what my orange chicken was. Even the noodles were just sweet and flavorless.

Watch out! Do not pay with a credit card. The girl behind the counter takes pictures/video of your card from underneath. The credit card station was on the counter. There was no need to do what she did. I noticed it, but I didn't think she would commit fraud.
