This place has zero customer service skills. We waited for 20 minutes to get seated then the table they took us to was too small for our party of 6. They never offered us a drink or even brought water after waiting we walked out and I will never go back. I would give this place zero stars if possible. They had a large wait staff that was just standing around even a few close to our table to busy talking to each other, talking and texting on cell phones.

No one from the restaurant will return my calls. Not only did they take my hard earned $2000, I had to find an another venue within 2 weeks of my bday. I had send out invites with babaloo as the venue and had to change last min etc. thank you for causing me so much stress when all I wanted to do was have fun on my bday! How can you be so cruel and sign me up for my bday celebration and collect $2000 when you knew you were going out of business in a week? I know people can desperate etc., but always know stealing other people's hard earned money will get you NOwhere!!! If you know any of these people, stay away from them.

It appears as if this location is closed. There is a chain & lock on the entrance door & a rather stern letter, apparently from the center management posted twice on both entrance doors. It contains information to the owner (lease holder) which also indicates, to anyone else, that no business is being conducted there.

This place was a big let down not only did I have to pay a $10 cover just to get in and eat dinner, but apparently everyone must pay it, we went for a Birthday dinner so there was a live group there playing salsa and various Latin music. They were ok however the food was sub-par and way over priced, I order the beef quesadillas and got four strips of quesadillas and only a few chunks of meat inside, it was mainly onion and bell peppers. It was one of the nastiest quesadillas I've ever had. I dont plan retuning. Service was ok I had no issues hence the 1 star review.

FYI ladies, the margaritas are NOT complimentary on Thursday's for "Ladies Night" as their website indicates. Instead they are $7.50. When I asked about it the bartender said that was something they did along time ago but just haven't updated their website. Get it together Babaloo!! False advertising! Also, there is NO karaoke and NO ladies night. The restaurant was empty except a few people at the bar.

My friends and I enjoyed dancing the night away to Niche and the Guateque band! The place had a big dancefloor and open layout. The atmosphere was very good and free parking. The drinks were great! The company even better!

This place is great! With the new manager Geno and new wait and bar staff i was extremely pleased with my food and service at dinner. When the great salsa band started to play I had no chose but to stay. The bartenders were courteous and professional. Coming back next weekend for my daughters bday. Telling all my friends and family about this beautiful gem in the middle of Katy. 5 stars all the way around.

Babaloo is a wonderful place, they have a great band playing every weekend! If you don't want to drive to Houston Babaloo is the place! Everyone is nice and friendly, very good dancers that dance with everyone!
