My 12-year-old daughter walked in to order. They ignored her and served everybody in the drive-thru first. We waited 20 minutes for a small icee. So, just plan accordingly….

Love the red and blue raspberry but wonder what’s going to happen when all the artificial coloring is no longer allowed. No joke my kids poo turned green for a week after having the blue raspberry. 🤣 can’t be healthy! Wait time is way way too long hence the 4 stars. 30min for a shaved ice!

So rated in the middle because, the first time I went, it was amazingly delicious, good and quick service. The second time was bad. Ice was chunky, we waited 40 minutes for all of my party of 6 to be served. The girl working seemed new and there was an older grey haired man walking around aimlessly. Honestly felt bad for the girl working. Not sure if I'll go back because the second visit was so bad, but might try again, because everyone has an off day, now and again.

The flavors and cones are usually pretty great but the customer service is a disappointment. There's only 1 or 2 of the associates who have been nice. The rest are either rude or will ignore you. Unfortunate really that this is the closest location to me.

The snow cones here are pretty good but omg the amount of time you are in line here cannot be worth it. I don’t know how making a snow cone can take so long but hopefully by the time I get to the front of the line my snow cone isn’t flavorless ice at the bottom like it was the last time I came here. When I got here there were 4 cars ahead of me… it’s now about 25 minutes later and there’s still 2 cars ahead of me.
