Today I went to buy some pieces and empanadas with my husband. But when I ordered a golfado I asked the lady if I could get the cheese that they put on the side, and she gave me pure excuses that if I put it on the side the cheese would melt but I wanted it in a container where they put the sauce and it would be the container is very small. The truth is that I was disappointed in his service. I wasn't asking him for anything as a gift, I was buying it from him, nor was I asking him to give me much. Horrible service and the owner of the place is very rude when serving his customers with a bad attitude 0 recommended. I asked for a piece to be changed because it wasn't good and the owner very rudely told the girl not to make the change and she turned around in a rude manner and said the fryer was just damaged.

It makes me sad for this restaurant how they take the time to respond to their own customers in a bad way. Today I had the very bad experience of eating in this place where I was disrespected by the owner or manager of this business. His great annoyance was for asking him to exchange 1 piece of ham for an empanada. The little piece was very bad and 2 people at the table had the same opinion, to which this man reacted so rudely that he canceled my new order and did not send me anything else.
It's not about whether the client is right or wrong, but if something is not right there is no right to disrespect ANYONE, least of all a lady who was never rude or disrespectful.
In order not to lose $3 with 6 customers at the same time. What a shame we don't learn.
