When hours of operation says closing at 10pm, why the heck are all the chairs up on the table for no one to sit and enjoy their ice-cream at 8:50!!!! And as a costumer, that’s there way before closing, I bring down a chair so me and my kid can enjoy our night, and I here a girl sweeping under my own feet, and saying oh my God, As if me sitting down is a big problem for her, even though she had one full hour before closing. Sweeping between my feet, was that really necessary? August 9th 2025 is the day. I complained to the working manager before regarding this exact same issue happening about a year ago but I see that nothing has changed, so I’m gonna have to share it on Google and hopefully see Corporate making a change in this location. The girl was extremely rude and every customer that walked in after me, which was a ton by the way, she would say something under her breath. And on top of that, everyone looked confused thinking why the chairs were put away and had no choice but to walk out. So unwelcoming. Horrible! Do better

A young man named Mars helped me so much with everything and made my visit special! He was so kind and thoughtful when helping me pick out my flavor. I will definitely be returning to this location and to Baskin Robbins in general!

This place is always filthy every time we go in. Pretty sure we won't go back. The kids were in the back having a good time doing anything but cleaning. My icecream was put on the counter and pushed towards me thru other melted droppings. Tables were covered with at least a days worth of use and the floor was worse.
Order this for my daughters birthday since it is on Thanksgiving, and I personally thought I was being pranked. Like, where's the camera crew. ?♀️

Lights out and seemingly closed at 9:38 pm tonight. Employees already mopping the floor and chairs on tables. Employees just looked out the window at us and pointed at the window. If your hours have changed, please update it on Google.
Today i went to BR at this location @ 7:30CT. for today BR is having free scoop of icecream with MELT code. I showed this to the Guy in the store and he was not willing to give the free scoop. Frist he said, this icecream has to to eaten inside the shop. I said that is not mentioned anywhere Then he said if it melts, then only we will give free scoop. Then he asked me to pay $4.32 ...
Not sure why the store owner has kept a guy like this int he store.

"Absolutely dreadful experience. Service was excruciatingly slow, and when the ice cream finally arrived, it was completely wrong. Not only did it take an eternity for them to mess up our order, but it also ruined a significant part of our Mother's Day celebration. A colossal waste of $50. I'm genuinely embarrassed for the establishment."

DO NOT ORDER CAKE ONLINEI strongly advise against ordering cakes online from this establishment. Despite receiving confirmation for our online order, the cake was not prepared. When presented with alternative options, they were mostly stale, having been made weeks prior. Additionally, the cake was too firm for proper decoration, and they claimed the decorator was unavailable to write the name. Our birthday celebration was completely spoiled by this experience.
