They close at 10pm. We reached there at least 5 minutes before they close and as soon as we parked the car, the lady saw our car and came running to switch off the “Open” signboard. Then we go in and they have all the chairs turned over, switched off the lights and she refused to serve us saying that we close in a few minutes and we have shut everything down. Terrible customer service! Why would anyone close before the actual close time and refuse to serve customers?

I pre-ordered a Thanksgiving turkey cake days in advance, paid in full online, and received confirmation of my order. On the day of pickup, I got no updates or communication, so I called the store to confirm — no one answered.
I drove to the location only to find a handwritten sign on the door saying they closed at 7 PM, despite my order showing as a pending pickup. No one bothered to call me, email me, or notify me that they were closing early or that my order wouldn’t be fulfilled.
It’s Thanksgiving, which is exactly why I placed my order in advance and scheduled pickup for the day before. This was incredibly frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my money and time. I will be requesting a refund. Horrible experience.

When hours of operation says closing at 10pm, why the heck are all the chairs up on the table for no one to sit and enjoy their ice-cream at 8:50!!!! And as a costumer, that’s there way before closing, I bring down a chair so me and my kid can enjoy our night, and I here a girl sweeping under my own feet, and saying oh my God, As if me sitting down is a big problem for her, even though she had one full hour before closing. Sweeping between my feet, was that really necessary? August 9th 2025 is the day. I complained to the working manager before regarding this exact same issue happening about a year ago but I see that nothing has changed, so I’m gonna have to share it on Google and hopefully see Corporate making a change in this location. The girl was extremely rude and every customer that walked in after me, which was a ton by the way, she would say something under her breath. And on top of that, everyone looked confused thinking why the chairs were put away and had no choice but to walk out. So unwelcoming. Horrible! Do better

This place is always filthy every time we go in. Pretty sure we won't go back. The kids were in the back having a good time doing anything but cleaning. My icecream was put on the counter and pushed towards me thru other melted droppings. Tables were covered with at least a days worth of use and the floor was worse.
Order this for my daughters birthday since it is on Thanksgiving, and I personally thought I was being pranked. Like, where's the camera crew. ?♀️

Lights out and seemingly closed at 9:38 pm tonight. Employees already mopping the floor and chairs on tables. Employees just looked out the window at us and pointed at the window. If your hours have changed, please update it on Google.
