Great Ice cream. My kids really like the sugar cones.

OK, so me and my parents went to Baskin-Robbins. We have arrived there at 9:50. They close at 10 there was a line at the drive-through. We were waiting there for at least 10 to 15 minutes by the time we got to the place where you tell your order it was 10:03 and we were the last person in line so we said hello and they said we’re closed and then they turned the speaker off so we tried to go to the window. We had to wait for at least three cars in front of us Which they all got their orders and the car in front of us came at the same time as us and cut in front of us so we get to the window and we asked this lady she looks around 15 to 16 and there’s also a guy who is 14 and we ask if we can get one last order they said no and shut the window and slammed it on us. Then we asked if we could get the manager owner’s number because they were very rude and they said no we’re not allowed to give that out an attitude voice, and then slammed the window and made a face and waved by the lady was a very rude. I saw a lot of the reviews of a lady who was being very rude. I don’t know if the same one but yeah we go here a lot of times, but I don’t think we will be coming back because it was a horrible experience and the staff have been really really rude so we ended up going to McDonald’s and said which is right next to it and I definitely recommend that better. There was a nice lady there and she gave us our McFlurry with extra spoons. So definitely recommend that but don’t go to Baskin-Robbins because the employees are very rude to staff is horrible and it’s dirty.

The owner needs to pay some attention on these 2 we were there before closing time but they refused to take the order while we were waiting in the que for over 8-10 mins. Over the window my 11 year and a 5 year old explained them the situation but they started being rude then me and my wife asked for the management number then the guy on the window said we have a 15 year old so the 15 year old girl interfered and said he is 14 and misbehaved and harrassed my kids. I go there almost 2-3 times but will not go there anymore as i think it was a very easy fix which they both took personally. God bless the owner with having these kind of employees. 👎✋🫣 DISAPPOINTMENT TO KATY COMMUNITY!

I ordered 3 different ice cream cones, and when I got to the window, the lady only gave me and charged me for the 2 ice creams. And when I told her, that I ordered 3 she decided to give me attitude saying I only ordered 2, instead of being apologetic. I absolutely would not go back to that location again.

Terribly dirty place. The people have zero care of the place, dirty tables, dirty floors, awful bathroom and craps and stains everywhere. To sit at one of the tables you pretty much need to clean the place yourself it’s that filthy.

This place is disgusting look up at the ceiling vents. There is a ton of filth all over them. The back counter looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever I left without purchasing anything. Call and let them know why we left the person I think is the manager didn’t even care when I said I will contact the health department. He said you do what you need to do.

Ice cream is always bomb tbh- I buy the quarts to just have at home. But damn, they're always out of flavors- show up early if you want something specific, otherwise have 2-3 backup choices in mind. Especially if you want wc chocolate- that one is out 90% of the time lol
I always come to this location with friends and family and always leave tips for the staff. I visited recently and the staff was very rude, ignorant, and no smile on their faces. I waited over 10 minutes when the store was literally empty. I'm disappointed and will not go back to this location. Another time I went with a friend and they closed the doors at 9:20pm instead of closing at 10pm. Very lazy and unprofessional! I do not recommend...

Just dropped by for a quick cone. Layla was so friendly and helpful. Informed me the chocolate almond was one of the 1st flavors from 1945! She said they haven’t had it in the store for 2 yrs!!! Tastes amazing.
