I always come to this location with friends and family and always leave tips for the staff. I visited recently and the staff was very rude, ignorant, and no smile on their faces. I waited over 10 minutes when the store was literally empty. I'm disappointed and will not go back to this location. Another time I went with a friend and they closed the doors at 9:20pm instead of closing at 10pm. Very lazy and unprofessional! I do not recommend...

Just dropped by for a quick cone. Layla was so friendly and helpful. Informed me the chocolate almond was one of the 1st flavors from 1945! She said they haven’t had it in the store for 2 yrs!!! Tastes amazing.

Rip off. They give you half scoop for $4.00 They don't roll the scoop, Just a quick half a scoop. Try to tell them but don't listen. Ice cream was not even frozen it was Soft. Place is filthy.

Place is very dirty. I asked if they could put on gloves and they said no they just wash their hands… only they didn’t do this when we came in and even after I asked. The other locations wear gloves so this is just gross.
The workers put a bike in front of the door 2 hours before closing and when my friends and I walked in we said hello and they didn’t acknowledge us st all. The most disgusting and horrible people work at this BR.

The bathroom is filthy, took my grandchildren there two days in a row . The bathroom had not been touched. The staff was great . Overall the store needs a deep cleaning.
