The moment we walked in, we were greeted very rudely by these two female workers. My stepdad is a diabetic, so he asked for his drink to have less sugar. The teenage female worker replied extremely rudely, turned to her coworker who laughed and she made a face with her coworker that I will never forget. Her face was distorted in a hysterical way. She was mocking him, a 60 year old man, for no reason. Absolutely ridiculous. I hope nobody ever has to deal with what my stepdad and I had to deal with.

I am a big fan of Baskin Robbins but I will not be coming to this location again until corrective measures are taken to provide better service by courteous staff.
Part way through giving my order another staff member came up and asked me to step aside so she could ring up another customer. Erased my order and helped the other customer. When the staff member taking my order returned and asked what else I would like she had to re-enter the order. I asked for the owners contact information. She refused to provide any contact information. I explained to the other young lady what she did was very rude and not good business practice. The young lady helping me, Dino (I think) started telling me the girl was not my employee, she didn't like my attitude and told me to take my order and leave. I asked if she was the manager, she said she was just a worker. I asked for the manager's contact information, also refused. I requested a refund and left the store. What started out as an outing I was looking forward to as a treat was absolutely ruined by incredibly rude, horrible customer service.
When paying a premium price for a product, you should be able to justify that price by the experience and service. I hope the owner actually reads the comments provided and takes corrective action. I certainly won't be spending any money at this franchised location and suggest other customers use one of the other nearby Baskin Robbins that provide better customer service.

I called to let manager know about i bought 60 worth of ice-cream 2 of the new pizzas which boxes weren't closed are there Maybe a problem with boxs but both were freezer burnt no explanation y i couldn't talk to her but she was busy i iwas told the last 2 nights to call durning day i just didn't exspect such poor service ty for not wanting my bussines again

I come to Baskin Robbins a lot, but not as often as someone who might be obsessed with ice cream or eat it a little too much if you know what I mean. Every single time I come here this place seems to be employed by children, and I mean, high schoolers and for that reason, they seem a little distracted and that doesn’t make me very mad, but it shows me the future and that makes me sad. A lot of us are losing focus and I definitely am a hypocrite if I would say that I’m not one of them.that’s mostly why I find myself finding other work and I realize that they have to find themselves through school and especially in this economy there’s not not much jobs. So as always much love from Houston and the universe.

Overpriced average quality ice cream. I can buy ice cream at the HEB across the road that blows Baskin-Robbins away and it will be a fraction of the price. Or I will drive down Mason and go to Dairy Queen or Marble Slab - which also will taste much better. I just don’t get Baskin-Robbins and how they can justify there prices for Ice Cream that’s nothing special. Staff wasn’t very friendly when my family visited either. Just disappointing as I remember a time when BR was better than this. There are better options for Ice Cream these days though…
I ordered online through uber eats got a dinosaur cup for my kid and a resses peanut butter cup layered Sunday for me till me why it had a long peice of hair in it..I mean it was long ...never going again

I loved Baskin Robbins as a kid, and I will say they are creative with their flavors. I was disappointed that the inside was so dirty. My family couldn’t find one clean table inside, so we decided to sit and enjoy our ice cream outside. Their ice cream cakes are amazing though!
