Good and consistent customer experience. Always have the same quality flavors available and service with a smile. That makes a huge difference - a smile. So quality service + product consistently available + open hours (don’t close early or ahead of posted hours) = 4 stars. 👍🏽 The pricing is climbing consistently as well. Thus, not 5 stars. Seems to be price hikes every 6 months. 👎🏽

I love the variety of flavors and the staff is efficient. The price is a bit high but the good point is that there are choices for the whole family (non-dairy, sugar free, fat free, regular)

I come to Baskin Robbins a lot, but not as often as someone who might be obsessed with ice cream or eat it a little too much if you know what I mean. Every single time I come here this place seems to be employed by children, and I mean, high schoolers and for that reason, they seem a little distracted and that doesn’t make me very mad, but it shows me the future and that makes me sad. A lot of us are losing focus and I definitely am a hypocrite if I would say that I’m not...
