If I could give zero stars, I would. The lady working here, Yadira, was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I simply asked if they carry a strawberry cake and her response was, “I don’t know, I don’t know” — with attitude, no effort to check, no customer service whatsoever. Completely useless and disrespectful. If this is the kind of staff they hire, it tells you everything about how little they care about their customers.

Stopped here to get some late night ice cream for my birthday reward and the two girls working tonight 7/24/2025 were such hard workers! I came at 8:30pm and they were a bit busy but they didn’t show it at all. I talked to one of the girls at the register and she was super duper sweet!! She definitely made my night better just by her kind attitude! :) made my Cookie Monster ice cream taste 10 times better!! Praise the Lord Jesus Christ !!! Def a 10/10 experience

I place my order and everything was wrong. The banana split came with different flavors and also 2 cups of cream with three flavors and came only 2 in one of this. Very bad service. I called to let them know… nobody pick up the phone . My order was 06/18/25 chk 2332 at 4.53pm delivered to West Houston Methodist hospital.

Ice cream was melted and when mentioned why, the person behind the counter said that the morning brew turned the freezer off… unbelievable. The water was running the entire time we were there and it wasn’t until we let them know that they turned it off. Made me feel bad for the owners. These employees obviously don’t care.

I had a very negative experience. I ordered a quarter-sized, freshly packed ice cream, for which I was incorrectly charged $22.68. When I pointed out the wrong price and politely requested a refund, the staff immediately threw the ice cream into the trash bin right in front of me. This action was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, making me feel embarrassed and humiliated. It showed a total lack of customer care and professionalism.

This is an absolute train wreck of a location. The service is horrible, Arianna in particularly. She was very rude! I’ve never experienced service like this at any Baskin Robbin’s location I’ve ever been to. This is the location I frequent because it’s 3 minutes from my home. I’d rather drive across town than come this location again. Arianna didn’t speak when we walked in. In fact, she looked at us like she was upset that we came in. She was cleaning and it was like we interrupted her. She proceeded to tell us that they didn’t have any of what we asked for. I even asked if they were getting ready to close at 7:30 on a Thursday evening. I advise anyone considering the location to drive to another location. I heard them in the back giggling while she “looked” for the brownies for our sundaes. The young lady working the drive thru also came up front to see who we were. We never were rude or asking for anything unusual. 2 fudge brownie sundaes!

This evening (11/11/2024) at 5:50 PM, I asked for a pint of Vanilla and Nutty coconut ice cream. Nutty was available, but Vanilla was running out, however, as I needed at least something, I asked the attendant to give me whatever you have. She scrounged the sides of the container and gave me in a small cup which was not even full scoop but charged me for the full scoop - fine. The most annoying thing was she did not use gloves while scooping out the ice cream. Is it the normal way of delivering the ice cream?

I got to this location at least 3 times a week and for the past 2 months the service is getting worse everytime I go. They take my order at the drive through which I always order 4 things (kids & wife) and when I get to the window they asked “what you ordered again?” Then they take their time to do things because some of the employees are too busy using their phones. Hopefully management can improve this issue.
