I ordered a cake and they didn't do it at the right time. They said the person that does the cake is off so it’s not our responsibility if the decoration is not good. How come I I am paying for a cake so they should do what they are supposed to do. It’s not my problem if the cake maker is off.

Best service I have ever received! This one girl named Atzi is the absolute best worker there. I frequent this place a lot and has seen the customers she has dealt with and she handles the situation perfectly. She also makes perfectly blended drinks and the ice cream scoops are so beautiful like they belong on an advertisement. 11/10

Friendly efficient service. I was impressed with how efficient they were. Went around 0900, the people traffic and the vehicle traffic was high. Total time in store was about 7-8 minutes. They had most of what I believe to be the traditional doughnuts and pastries available. The dining area was clean, neat, and sufficient chairs were available.

Very poor service and umprofessional employees. 2 ladys working very bad . Always they look angry.
Horrible customer service. No one greeted us instead there was about 4 female workers behind the counter not helping anyone and just giggling at us. Finally someone decided that we were worthy to be in their establishment the customer service was terrible and lacked training she did not know their menu at all. We walked out and will never return. Oh and the Store Manager stood there the whole time and said nothing.

This locations is much expensive than other locations. I normally pay $4.79 for a pint of ice cream at this location it is $7. I told the manger what I normally pay he told me it was impossible. I said okay called the other location and their price is $4.79. Won’t be returning.
