There are so many things wrong with this company. I have attended 2 events they did & both had many of the same issues. The best food is food they do not actually make, things like cheese & crackers board, olives etc. They way over staff every event they do to pad the price. Staff that stand around doing nothing, many times in the way of the flow of the guest/party. When it's time for the appetizers, you have to ask for simple basic things like plates, napkins, serving utensils. They were asked to pass appetizers, of which they only tried to pass 2 and then timed them very far apart. They arrive to hours to early so the main meal is dried out & poor quality by the time the guest eat. For example, the vegetables were unseasoned flavorless MUSH, not even salt on them. the meat was dried out and looked dird out, the shrimp was mush. BUT the Topper of all Toppers, they served Instant Potatoes at an upscale event. We were shocked. I have never attended any catering where even a low-end Caterer, or BBQ place would have or did serve instant mashed potatoes. Popeye's Chicken does not serve Instant Mashed Potatoes. I can actually list more issues, but you get the idea...Awful, just awful. Every guest I spoke with, headed for the nearest burger place after the party because they were hungry. I honestly can't get past the Instant Mashed Potatoes...

One of the best catering services in town!!!! We Highly recommend Bielina for your event! You don’t need to worry about anything!!!! The staff is so professional and very nice!!! They take care of everything, they stage all the tables, arrange all the food in the most beautiful way, they serve and take care of all your guests!!!! And clean up everything!!! Like nothing ever happened!!!! And the food is absolutely delicious!!!!! And the presentation of the appetizers was beyond my expectations!!!!! In other words they’re the full package!!! All my guests were very impressed!!!I’ll give them 10 ⭐️!!!!!

Bielinas Catering is not any catering service, It is a full experience . First of all, the food is incredible gourmet style of food with a lot of Spanish and Venezuelan influences, but not limited to those. Very extensive menu.On top of the amazing food, the service was top notch, very professional, respectful, knowledgeable about food, paring, alcohol.They took care of EVERYTHING! I didn't worry about anything but to entertain my friends , they were serving food, opening door, taking care of my guests, pulling chair for guest to sit, it was a truly great experience.I highly recommend Bielinas for any occasion, they will go the extra mile to make it special
