Going to this restaurant is a roll of the dice when it comes to customer service. I’ve been here three times. The first time was ok, second time really good, but this last time, absolutely horrible. There were only a few customers in the restaurant. It took forever before someone came to the table, took forever to get our drinks and when the food finally came, it was lukewarm at best. No one came to check on my wife and I at all, and I actually had to find someone just to get the bill. After finding someone for the bill, it took another 15 or so minutes just to pay. This was our last visit to this place for sure, and that’s sad because the food is normally pretty good.

Tried it out for the first time! As an old Wild Wings Cafe Guy! This spot will be my New Spot went their At 2pm it was empty but the Wings were huge, and cooked perfect the Sides were on Point! I had the Mac and Cheese and Salad! Very Good! I'll be back!

We took my daughter there with family and friends for her 18th birthday. We usually go to Pluckers and wanted to change it up this time. She is a picky wing eater and loved the wings!!! I had the wing sampler and it was all great!!! WE'LL BE BACK!!!!
The service was horrible. We were not greeted upon walking in other than the greeter saying 3? I politely said hello how are you doing and Then he spoke I believe it was the manager shaking my head..... Because we had 3 people in our party. My drink was brought to me and my soda was all over my cup overflowing. As I try to insert my straw more and more came out. The drink continued to pour out of my cup. I told the waiter about it and he got napkins and just tried to wipe it off. But it was still overflowing and sticky everywhere... instead of him Just bringing a new cup. He tried to make me keep the one I had so I had to ask for another one...the chicken still had feathers in it. And while the flavor was good, the chicken was undercooked. The place was nasty. We were seated near the bathrooms and as we can't control other people's hygiene all we could smell was a mixture of someone being musty and the odors from the bathroom.... do not recommend this location ?

After this the bar tender (Lisa) became rude, I asked for one last beer. After 20 minutes it never came so we asked for the bill. And surprisingly that came quickly.

Today was our 2nd time at a Big City. We’ve been to Clay Road and now Cinco Ranch. Can’t believe it took us this long to find this place!!! We took 14 people for a birthday lunch celebration on a Saturday. Our server, Lisa? Lise? was the only one on shift. She worked her tail off for all the patrons, and everything was perfect. She even made time to socialize with customers and not have anyone wondering where she was. Our food came out staggered (I’m sure bc of the size of our party) but we didn’t mind. Definitely share that gridiron special!!! LOTS OF FOOD! Great place, great food… we’ll be back!!!Kid-friendliness: Loud but not obnoxious, lots of energy, lots of TVs, outside patio with games to play, claw machine.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space between tables. My dad uses a walker.
Had the Chicken and Waffles. Pro play is to add Tajin to the Mango Habañero wings. Delicious!

Sunday special! Deeeee-licious. We called in a take out order, also got the chicken avocado salad. Very quick, very fresh. Friendly people from the lady who took our order to the receipt of our order. It was our second time there. The 1st time we dined in. Got burgers and a salad. Excellent food. We'll be back.
