Not happy food good service could have been better waitress dropped ranch on the back of my wife while she was cleaning the table with some what of an apologizing then to be hit with a 20% gratuity mind you there was 3 other separate tickets at the table each got taxed so 60$ in tips and no refills where not offered and the place with not packed.....

We go to 2 different locations due to where we are for day. Clay road has always had really awesome wings. We order drums all the time, absolutely love them.
If I could I’d give them a zero rating, IF U ARE UNDERAGE AND WANT TO DRINK THIS IS UR PLACE, they don’t ID ONE BIT, every time I’ve been here I’ve never seen someone pull an ID OUT TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE OF AGE, I seen teenagers drinking alcohol there! TABC NEEDs TO COME CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! wings taste like they sit out all day, the sauce is never enough, the management sucks when you need help, looks like they don’t do their job but sit in the office. I also saw what looks like a manager premaking a big container of looked like margarita mix and he didn’t even have gloves on, and was talking over it, spit could have landed in there so nasty!!!

Servers and service is great. The wings taste like they have been marinating for way too long or left out. They have a slightly sour taste each time I’ve been there which has been unfortunate since I live right down the road.

If you dine here pay attention to your receipt... we've been to other locations and this is the only spot that automatically adds gratuity to your check the waitress MacKenzie server ID #145 help herself to 23%. And when you try to speak to a manager they're no where to be found. It was only $3-$4 over from 20% I was going to leave but idc if it's 2 cents it's about the principal and it shows your dishonesty. Party of 4, food was great and out in a timely manner
