Mango bingsu was delicious! Perfect and refreshing for a hot day out. Atmosphere was very aesthetically pleasing. Recommend!

Not too busy Friday afternoon. Friendly staff, and excited for the snacks.
I didn’t anticipate their milk tea being in a plastic can, which was a cool concept.
I’ve had traditional bingsu before in Seoul, so I went for my next favorite: mango. Got the mini, and I liked the amount of whipped cream, mango, and shaved ice. They do have the more traditional bowls that are brass colored.
I’m looking forward to more treats in the future, maybe even try more Korean ramen (I love Shin and Buldak ramen)!

The shave ice here is AMAZING! it’s so finely shaved that it truly melts in your mouth. I normally get the mango cheesecake flavor, and ask for extra condensed milk. The large size could easily be shared by two people. Their boba drinks are also pretty good, and the cups are cute! I also love their mochi donuts, I just love the texture! It’s more dense and squishy than a normal donut.
I saw a video of their "Croffle" a few days ago on TikTok and decided to stop by. When I first walked in I couldn't see all the prices until I got to the front of the line. The cashier "Amy" was replacing the receipt paper so I decided to wait until she was done. After she was done she just stared at me and I was confused since I didn't know she was done. She asked if I was ready and I was like "Yes I was just waiting on you." I ordered the Chocolate Croffle, 2 Original Potato "Hot Dogs" and the Half & Half "Hot Dog". She said it would be a 20 minute wait which I was fine with and proceeded to sit down. She eventually yells for my number and when I went to pick up my food it was only the Croffle so I waited a few minutes. She stared at us as we waited then rudely said "Hot Dogs will be out separately." and walked away. How were WE supposed to know, she's the one who said it would be ready when our number was called. After she walked away we went back to sit down for 6 minutes, she called our number again. I had seen videos of the "Hot Dogs" having their own wrapping so I asked them "Why did some people get their own packaging." and she responded "The ones with 10 Hot Dogs get their own packaging". I thought okay whatever, we just wanted to leave. As I turn away this lady starts speaking in Spanish to another girl behind her, pointing at our food and laughing. Girl you had no issue talking in English before we walked up. I'm Mexican so I could understand her but their music was blaring so loud that I couldn't her what she was saying. I was annoyed and just left with my stuff.
I walked back to my car and opened the food it was hot, but lacked flavor. The Croffle was already melted since they gave us that first instead of giving it to us together. The Croffle was also REALLY hard it took biting it with all my strength to even bit it off.
I wouldn't recommend this place. The TikTok video I saw made me try it but never again. The attitude of that lady was horrendous. We even tipped her before we waited for our food and she was still rude. There's so many other Korean "Hot Dog" places that are better and have better customer service.

Not sure if I got a dud or if something changed with the bing su. This is usually always a stop for me when I come to town. The ice wasn’t flavorful and the whole dish lacked sweetness. It also had a texture that made it seem it was previously shaved and stored in a freezer instead of freshly shaved.

The waiters were very unfriendly and the hotdogs were frozen. I can understand whether they used it or not, but the problem is that the sausage came out cold and had a musty smell as if the oil had been used for a long time. The red bean shaved ice came out completely dissolved and like water. The employees don't even know what's wrong. Is there really any food education for employees?

My first experience was not the best. Firstly the customer service is to be questioned, a smile and simply hello would go very far! Ordered several Bing Su. It was ok. The mozzarella corn dog tasted like it was cooked in old oil and was not edible. Don't know if I'll be back in a hurry.
