I’ll be honest, I’m usually not a big fan of wings. But my experience with Bird Side completely changed that. Their wings are seriously next level! The must try flavors (in my opinion) are Lemon Pepper, Hot Honey, and Soy Garlic. I’m totally obsessed with the Lemon Pepper crispy, flavorful, and right amount of zing. Also, if they’re not sold out, do yourself a favor and grab the creamy mac and cheese. It’s rich, comforting, and pairs perfectly with the wings. Bird Side has officially made me a wing fan. Highly recommend, can’t wait to come back.

I’m very disappointed at this place when I first came here back in 2024 they had the food fresh but now it’s like their ratings dropping and they lost confidence in cooking their food… I order the Nashville heat flavor and it came out overtly cooked… never again coming back here I also this is my 3rd and final review on this place …

Out of towner here. The little park thing was cool. Nice little vibes no flying bugs. I gave the food 3/5 because the Mild Heat chicken sando didn’t have any heat to it. The mango habanero wings had more oomph to them than the samich. The French fries I got were 90% shorts, meaning inch and a half or less. I gave the service a 2/5 because there was a strong language barrier and we had trouble communicating without hand signals. Next the truck didn’t have a trash can for their customers while the truck to the left and right did. Atmosphere was a 4/5 bc of the park. Cool spot. Check it out.

I’m honestly really disappointed with today’s meal. It was missing key ingredients, lacked flavor, and just didn’t taste right. This is not the Nashville sandwich I usually enjoy or look forward to. Even the mac & cheese was greasy and unpleasant. I used to love this spot, especially for the loaded fries, but today’s experience has seriously changed how I feel about coming back….

I have ordered here often but unfortunately the quality of the food and packaging has changed significantly. I would suggest including paper liners in the take out box instead of letting the oil drain. The last order I placed looked thrown together , and oil was all over the bag. Overall I didn’t enjoy what I ordered, Very disappointing.

We were very disheartened by this place. First food truck experience and we won’t be back. We opened our food and sure enough it was a sad sight. Thrown together. Nothing like the pictures. The Mac and cheese was horrible. Kraft is better and I absolutely hate Kraft. The fries were bad, I couldn’t get anyone in our group to finish them after they tried just one. The chicken did not get great remarks either. We felt like we ordered at a time that was inconvenient to them. So we got the short end of the stick. Even though we ordered at a decent time before closing. We hope that’s not the case, but it just felt all so sloppy we couldn’t help but think that.

The chicken tenders are massive — perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, with that amazing kick of spice that Nashville hot chicken is known for. Every bite is packed with flavor! We also tried the mac n cheese (not pictured because my family devoured it so fast!), and it was creamy, rich, and the perfect comfort food side. The portions are generous, and you can really tell they put love into their food. Definitely a must-try — go support this awesome local spot! 🙌🐔

Have had great experience in the past when they started with the original owner i guess and then the lady who used to work there. Last few times have been horrible because of the hispanic gentleman who works there. He argues on everything. Wouldn’t even give an extra box or even put the 2 different flavors in separate boxes. From now on won’t be going there because of him.
