I like to ride my motorcycle here and pop in for remote working regularly. I can't recommend this location enough. The staff are always great and on top of everything and the drinks I order are consistently made well.

service was terrible and blames us for their mistake for not answering the speaker box. Terrible service and the lady had the audacity to be a smart with us. Terrible workers, don't even try to go inside either as they won't acknowledge that you are waiting in the lobby and give their total focus to the drive thru and still take forever there. The one by kingsland is way better smh.

Unfortunately, I felt as if my review should be updated. I've realized that the exceptional customer service depends solely on who you get at the drive thru window. Unfortunately there's a few staff here that aren't very nice and that I don't look forward to getting at the window.

I love the atmosphere at Black Rock, I’m so glad they opened this coffee shop in Katy!
Claudette was the only person working today and had a line of people in the drive thru and in store and she was calm as a cucumber. She did a great job servicing each customer quickly and accurately without making them feel like a burden. She is a gem and the reason I’ll be coming back to Black Rock. Oh, the coffee and gluten free bagel are great too!!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options!

We have been coming to the Clay Rd. Location in Katy, TX every Monday for a few months. + All of the coffee is great+ The service is great and staff are helpful- They are almost always sold out of every food item on Monday mornings; not sure if this is because of switching out existing inventory or just a delivery issue, but this seems like the worst day of the week to not have breakfast items in stock. It's a bummer.
