Elizabeth is always so nice. She’s very thorough with my order and it’s always correct. She has an excellent team and they’re all well mannered. My to go order is always fresh and out on time. really wanted to give this place a try but how deserted it was should have been our first cue to go elsewhere🥲
constant mistakes and having to remind staff about items we ordered. got some onion rings with ranch, they came with a disgustingly sweet sauce, no ranch lol. we then ordered wings — after 30 min of waiting, all 4 of us received ICE COLD plates of wings. not even MICROWAVE warm, just completely cold. the honey BBQ sauce was hard they were that cold.
the parmesan on my garlic Parmesan wings was just sitting on top of the meat like glitter.
we immediately sent all of them back without a bite and left to eat elsewhere after sending all our food back and paying only for the drinks we ordered.

Hot day in Houston, when in for a beer with my wife and sit on the bar, Elizabeth was the bartender, very polite, and professional took care of us right away. We enjoyed our beers and chicken wings very much. Thanks Elizabeth. We will be back soon.
