We love Bruster’s ice cream. We always enjoyed the locations in Georgia and Kentucky. We were so happy when Brusters moved to Katy. They always have delicious ice cream.

I’m an ice cream eater by proxy (my wife’s the real fan), I'm just alongfor the ride! But honestly, this place has turned me into a fan too. The staff are always super helpful and friendly. My go-to flavor is the Peanut Butter Nutter Butter, but to my horror, it wasn’t available on our last trip (guess it’s seasonal?). Luckily, Andrew, an absolute hero behind the counter, whipped up his own version for me and it was just as amazing. Because of Andrew, I’ll happily keep tagging along for my wife’s ice cream cravings.

One of the employees actually remembered us from a previous visit, it was such a nice surprise! Andrew even made my husband an amazing treat after finding out his favorite, the peanut butter Nutter Butter ice cream, was out of season. My husband is already counting down the days until it’s back! The staff is incredibly friendly and the space is always well-kept. We are forever fans!

Six months ago, their $10 sundae was enough for two people and the company gave coupons. Now there are no coupons & the same sundaes barely feed one. (I’ve purchased four times in the last few weeks and they continue to skimp on fudge & caramel.) Small portions for big bucks. I don’t know how a family of four can spend so much here. Better to buy ice cream at the grocery store.
