The food & atmosphere was good but the waitress acted like she wanted to be anywhere but there. It took asking three times before my friend & I got a glass of water. I asked for a martini- 15 minutes later, she came back with my friend's margarita and informed me they don't have martinis. So I ordered something else and another 15 minutes later it arrived. My friend asked for cocktail sauce with her fish & chips; she got tartar sauce- after asking another two times for it. The waitress actually rolled her eyes at one point while picking up our plates. The hostess had wonderful customer service. Evidently our waitress skipped the customer service class.

This place was quite delicious, we were surprised. Went for dinner and had a burger and chicken sandwich with tots and fries. Atmosphere was good but didn't give 5 stars because it was a bit loud and I was cold :D

The waitstaff was very kind and attentive however the manager Ignacio was very dismissive of my concerns. I complained about my food and he tasted it right off my plate and refused to have the kitchen remake the dish. I ordered the salmon over rice and the rice was a bit undercooked. He also used very derogative verbiage to my party and told us if we dont like the food just leave. Very disrespectful. Im shocked that he is the store manager. This was my first time at Bubbas and I will not be returning for a second! If not for the waitstaff I would rate 1 star!

Always have had a great experience but tonight was an exception. I’m not sure what was going on but our server and management seemed really preoccupied. We will come back but it will definitely be a long time before we return.
