I am absolutely in love with this place!!! I was visiting my friend in Katy and we ended up coming here for lunch, and it was the best decision I think I've ever made! I got the spicy chicken tenders and brown sugar boba and they are both so yummy both texture and flavor wise! I will definitely visit again when I come back to Katy!
Extremely rude lady who can’t take orders correctly. We stood there for 10 minutes for her to take our order because she keeps messing up and don’t listen. She won’t lets us order a kid scoop without making sure we have a kid with us. We wanted the drink and bubble waffle combo because it’s cheaper. Yet she tried to charge it separate which would have been @3 dollars more. I wanted fruity pebbles and condense milk on my bubble waffle. You think she would have the order correctly after 10 mins of taking our order of 3 items. NOPE! She made the bubble waffle order incorrect. We gave it back and she made a new one… guess what? It was wrong again! Then when I told her it’s wrong, because you got the wrong toppings. She then proceed to argue and stated “oh, you never ordered it.” Sad thing is, while she was taking our order. We have repeatedly said that’s what we wanted at least 5 times. The rudeness and attitude of this lady was unbelievable! My patience was gone after waiting a good 20 minutes for our order to be incorrect multiple time and on top of the poor customer service. Unfortunately she did not even bother to fix my order but kept on arguing even when we was trying to leave. We will never be coming back!
Oh and btw, make sure yall check what she charges because she definitely will try to cheat your bill!

This place is awesome to hang with friends! It's very pleasing to the eye and they have a little corner of the place where you can take super aesthetic pics. The food is really good, fried chicken and waffles came out super hot and fresh.

My very first time here, I love their bubble waffle. But it’s disappointed me when my boba milk tea came out with no boba :( and they add so much brown sugar in my milk tea which I lost the taste of tea. Their bubble waffle is amazing + the mango drink is also taste great as well. Good atmosphere, clean and friendly staff. :)

I ordered a bubble waffle and I just wanted Nutella and strawberries on it and I also got a strawberry lychee slushy. The slushy was very good, but the waffle took 15 minutes and the kid making it let it sit for about 5 minutes so it was cold. It had a very tiny drizzle of Nutella on it for it costing me almost $10. I went back to ask for more Nutella because who wants to eat a dry waffle. The kid told me it was 65 cents but it ended up being almost 2 dollars. Then they put another tiny little drizzle on it and by this point it’s been 25 mins since I had ordered and I’m pissed so I left with my dry waffle. Not happy with this place.
