VERY BAD BAD SERVICE
I ordered SPICY CHICKEN DIPPERS 15 with some dipping sauces using their website. I scheduled a pick up at 7:50pm last night when I placed the order at 7pm. I drove almost 30 minutes to get there and waited more than 10 minutes for my turn to meet the staff at the counter to pick up the order, and then i got a notice that they were out of chicken dippers with a rather indifferent attitude and only a perfunctory apology. They had over an hour to prepare my order since I arrived around 8:25pm, yet they never informed me that they were out of stock when they had my phone number and email on the order. And worse, they didn't offer me anything in return, just a quick apology and she went into the kitchen to avoid me. The employee asked me for the last 4 digits of the credit card I used to pay and informed me that her manager would refund the money to me. Come on, I don't drive more than 30 minutes to get there and leave with a hungry stomach and empty hands.
The experience was terrible and I am very disappointed with the way they handled my order. Now I have to wait and see when they will refund to me.
