As a blazin rewards member I was extremely disappointed in this BWW. From the moment I walked in thr service was trash. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for someone to show up. Finally I had to walk half way into the kitchen to ask if someone was working in the front. By then thrbline behind me was almost out the door. The food was mediocre at best and the drinks took forever. The only bright spot in this place was the server Gabby.
Always loved this location, great atmosphere, service, food is always hot and up to par, however a few months back my pregnant wife called the location about a question about mixing sauces, a male cashier proceeded to be rude to her. When I picked up the order he went to go run away in the back after I was the one who showed up and not my wife. I believe he doesn't work there anymore but I still aways see him bumming around the property. Wanted to come again with my wife...
Never will I ever get wings on wing day, last night was to crazy. Waited almost two hours to get my online order in, there were many more waiting just like me. I have to give it up for Adriana I think that was her name, even though people were being unpatient, in the beginning she did what she could do and helped out in any way. Give that girl a raise! The manger also stepped up and did what she could to please the people, as best as possible.
