I was very impressed by the way this fast food restaurant looks . It’s by far the cleanest , the nicest and most welcoming Burger King I have ever been in. I am a big fan of Burger King . This time the food did not raise to the expectations. I couldn’t say what it was ….but something’s was off. Still enjoyed it. The fast, attentive service was unlike any other in this industry. The presentation and cleanliness of the tray also impressive. I dont know who manages this place but he/ she does a phenomenal job. With a bit of adjustment to the taste of the charred burger this location could serve as an example to all fast food restaurants in Houston. I was very happily surprised and definitely will return.

Just so that like whoever reads this knows that it is now 1144 p.m. and I was coming here to pick up an order with Uber Eats and the store is not only closed but so is the drive-thru and the manager whatever person inside was telling me the kitchen was closed. It's so unprofessional for you to keep accepting orders if you're not going to be open. You cost me money when you do this

I like to give you a zero star, but I can’t. This is the worst Burger King in the whole state of Texas. I hate tomatoes and onions and this is the number four time they do this. They need to close it down. All these people needs to go retrain they are horrible.
The food was good, but on the night shift (8pm) there was a redhead who was very rude and annoying because we were there. If your workers don't want to work, they better leave.
