I bought a combo with its respective drink and asked for a separate glass of water, to which the worker explained to me in detail that only bottles of water were sold. I found the explanation very cordial on his part, which is why I agreed to buy the bottle of water.

AVOID!!
Absolutely refused to give cups of water or even sell cups of water, has to be a bottle, employees argued with me for over ten minutes and were extremely rude and unprofessional, and refused to give me a manager as well, went and hid in the back office instead
Update: this has got to be the worst Burger King I’ve ever eaten, it is impressively bad. Nothing tastes like it should/does at any other Burger King

Why is the cook in the back , cooking food , and eating at the same time, and the little girl at the register tried to be slick by charging me for water, when I specifically asked do they have water cup, horrible service.

Bad attitude, unprofessional and bad customer service, I was placed my order online for a unsweetened tea since I have diabetes, when I went to pick up my order, they started that they don’t have unsweetened tea, and without to provided any solution, just told me to call the main company for the refund.

Very bad service, I ordered 3 soft drinks and 3 ice creams for my children and they told me laughing that they were out of ice cream, just when I was paying for the soft drinks an employee served herself an ice cream right in front of me... this store is garbage.
