Would rate 0 stars if I could. Had to go to Petco, so after wanted breakfast for me and my wife. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, lady was rude and took my card without telling me my total first. We then waited at the window for 5 more minutes as I watched her and another worker stand there, gossiping and one of them was eating food right there next to the window. Then, after 25 minutes we got could burritos. STAY AWAY from this Burger King. Horrible staff and cold food after waiting triple the time for food. 0/10. If you don’t want to work, don’t work. But don’t take it out on the people that show up to your establishment expecting hot food and decent customer service. The fast food industry after Covid has been ruined. Shame on the employees here and shame on the owner honestly for allowing this kind of behavior.

normally don’t do reviews but this Burger King has the worst customer service. The girl that took my order had the worse attitude when I asked her for more ketchup she made a duck face. If you don’t like working then why even bother this place over the past couple of months it’s had bad customer service employees now I understand why it has low rating .

Went in today and tried to order with my mother in law and this lady taking our order wouldn’t even let us finish she kept telling us to pull forward when we had more to order every single time and we were just trying to order for our family but this woman was making it extremely difficult anyways by the time we get to the window she was rushing us to go she hardly put ice in our drinks and we had to ask for a cup of ice since we got no ice and our drinks were pretty much warm an she also slammed the window on my mother in laws face right as we were about to ask for ice an tried to ignore us so we’d drive off ? Seriously this is ridiculous as someone who has worked in fast food for a long period of time this is not how you should be treating your customers!! By the way her name was Marie we did check the name tag before leaving because she was absolutely rude to my mother in law !!!! I almost never have a bad experience at this Burger King and I’m extremely disappointed we were treated so poorly

Marie is absolutely amazing every time I come she always greets me with such a warm smile! Service is absolutely amazing and I have recently fallen in love with the mozzarella sticks, which it seems at this place is the only place that has mastered the art of delivering piping hot mozzarella sticks, such that the cheese is perfectly stretchy and delicious 10 out of 10 and you’ll be lucky if when you stop by Marie is there to greet you with her genuine and loving smile!

They told me the druve thru was gonna take 10 mins before they could take my order so I went inside and all the employees were fighting so I just left. Clean house, hire adults 👍🏻
The service from the young employees at this store is the WORST. They treat customers very Violently and unfriendly.
