I came in yesterday to dine in to try the new SpongeBob bundle and I received everything just like they had it advertised in the Bikini bottom bundle! The whopper was excellent and the meat was juicy! The shortcake pie was super good. The employees also took the time to explain to me exactly what came in the bundle! The restaurant was super clean and friendly environment! Will definitely come back, Thanks guy!! YOU RULE! :)

Went to get the SpongeBob promotion today. Got home there was no toys and I had 2 very unhappy kids. I call them and the person says oh well did you specify you wanted a kids meal? What? I thought this was a kids meal. It was already bad enough you didnt have the tater tots that went with it. Well the girl went on to say well we have the bundle..what is a bundle? I went thru the drive thru and she says we'll it shows the picture of the food in it. OK but I shouldn't have to figure out from pictures if its a kids or bundle. It should be the person in drive thru ASK...do you want a bundle or kids meal vs me holding up the line trying to figure out what is what. I went to mcdonalds for their grinch meal and they had one meal to choose from. Not meals, bundles, individuals no toy or a toy blah blah. Plus I got no receipt etc...the right thing to do is she should have said sorry but if you want I can give you 2 toys for our mistake and ill make sure our people ask which one. Not assume your customer knows!!!! I work retail too and if a customer brings something up thinking its a 1.25 and I know its not I tell them so there are no surprises and mad customers. 40.00 for 2 meals and extra fries and onion rings should have gotten a sorry not a argument from the person and let's make it right. So I won't be visiting for your fun meals....I will go to McDonald's! At least they have offered in the past when a mistake happened to correct it with a sorry but here is a free drink. No big deal!!!!!

There was an incident thst caused the whole staff to run outside so I grabbed my grandson and went to the car. I went through the drive through to get our food and the young man at the window literally refused to give me my food he was rude clapping his hands and then had the nerve to tell me to move he had other customers waiting. I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE EVER AGAIN!!!!

Ordered cheese burger , meat was way over cooked , tasted like Dry Cardboard & the cheese wasn't even melted on burger ! YUCK !!! Won't go back and will also tell people & friends how bad the food was for us ! Will not go back there again !
They have it out on their son any two breakfast sandwiches for $3. When I ordered two croissant breakfast sandwiches I was told no you can't have them and that sign is a mistake they'll have to change it . Went back a second time in the same thing happened.

I went to order the 2 for 5 and it shows cini minis on the menu. Manager Maria refused to sell them as advertised. She was rude and said no sorry go somewhere else we dont do that here. I said you dont honor your menu and she said no i dont have too. What do you want to order?? I left and will never return here!!
Very friendly employees, clean and good customer service. Marilee is very good at getting my order right every time, she knows how I like my burger and It makes me feel happy to be recognized. Mary the manager is very good at doing her job.
