The food was hot and fresh. Billy at the Drive through window was polite. Only giving 3 stars since the wait was over 10 minutes long and they forgot the bacon on my burger
The people at this location are completely incompetent!!! They got our order wrong twice!!! And gave us attitude when we wanted it made correctly. We don't come to this location often but when we do the order is always wrong. We won't be back.

My family and I come to this specific Burger King at night only because of Jay. He delivers great service and has great attention to detail. He never forgets the sauce I ask for, and never forgets the crowns for the kids meal. The wait is pretty short as well.

The Whopper was disgusting. They smothered it in a disgusting amount of mayo and gave me two tiny pieces of lettuce. They didnāt put the cheese in my burger, the onion rings were mushy and old, and the worker had a nasty attitude. I shouldāve read the reviews before placing an order here! I donāt think Iāve ever had a bad Whopper. Likeā¦ever! $18 terribly spent at this locationā¦.wouldnāt recommend, sorry.

They forget 2 items in my order at 12am and wanted me to go back in a 4 car line in the drive thru i just got out of with missing items. i get out to let them know like ANY other person would and it was just the WORST thign a customer could do is come to the door and request the items they paid for and waited for. MIND YOU i made an online order so the order i made like 15 mins before getting there was not ready and packed wrong. Came for 2 orders⦠crazy bad customer service and attitudes from the night crew on 12/3/25 @12:15am

My kids and I tried to take advantage of the $7 Trio tonight and was told by cashier the system was down after waiting for over 10 min. As we pulled off we saw him take the vehicle behind us order. So of course we pulled back through the drive thru wondering how was that even possible. After attempting to order the Trio deal again, he finally admitted he could not give us the correct price due to him being new (with no help) and didnāt know the codes. I have never had this experience at BK. Horrible customer service. Maybe I should upload the video to Tik Tok
This location sucks. Iāve never had a place always forget something that we paid for. Doesnāt matter if itās ordered through uber eats, DoorDash, BK app. Somehow they always manage to leave a whole damn meal out.

I went through the drive through and placed a pretty standard order. Nothing overly complicated, but they forgot my drink. When I went to check my bag I was also missing a burger for my order. I've tried to call, and get assistance with the issue, but you can't get a hold of anyone. I would NOT recommend this location.
