Ribs had no flavor (tasted old), Potato salad was bland, and beans were ranch style beans from the can mixed with some type of meat. Sliced beef was okay!

I order 3 meat plate, paid for 2 extra bbq sauce when I got home I notice I didn’t get my extra sauce I paid for. Food was cold by time I made it home! I order brisket ribs and sausage. disappointed in ribs and brisket toughness and not good at all. should have read the reviews before I visited location. I also love the original burns bbq but this experience is such a disappointment would not recommend or go there again.

This is review is about Burns BBQ, Kroger Grand Morton located in Katy.
The ribs were cold and barely okay. The picture of sliced brisket on the Grub Hub site is not what was delivered to me. What I actually received was an awful pile of greasy fat. The chopped meat was so greasy that I took pictures of it dripping oily fat through the cardboard container and through the paper bag that held this mess. I cannot believe Burns BBQ would sell this crap as food. I received chunks of gristle, tasteless bland, stringy meat swimming in grease and fat. After photographing this pile of crap, I poured it down the garbage disposal. If you gave this crap to a dog to eat, it would throw it up, roll over, and die of fat overload...

This is for the Burns inside Krogers in Katy. The young man took 25 min to chop the meat for my brisket sandwich because he was visiting with his coworker and was not interested in me as a customer at all. When i arrived home and unwrapped the sandwich not only was the bread and meat entirely cold and so full of layers of fat. I was unable to eat it and called back to asked for a refund but he would not return my money without my having to return to the store. Just say no!!!

Went into this location not very welcoming at all the sides looked old and dry I ask the lady did they have more green beans she stated with an altitude thats all we have let's not forget not 1 employee welcomed us there I always go to the pearland location but since in the area decided to stop by never again will I visit this location in Katy

My food has been good at both locations, but I hate they don’t sell his famous beans at the katy location. Been eating Burns food for over 10 years.
I ordered a 2 meat potatoe and paid for extra sauce. Did not receive 2 meats nor did i receive extra sauce. Burns’ is a CONTINUOUS DISAPPOINTMENT starting from Depriest to humble to Katy !

First time I had it was some best restaurant bbq I ever had...2nd time it fell little bit short and was kinda cold...3rd time got ribs and got food poison I threw it up for 24 hours straight...the bbq isn't fresh maybe been sitting out for days so disappointed because it's black owned and only bbq place I know in Katy black owned...stay away until they learn how to make bbq on the grounds fresh
