A lot of problems here. Very nice people but understaffed and overcharged me. I was charged $1 and then the full amount, $13.16 which included a tip. After waiting for my coffee and muffin and receipt for 10 min, I asked about the additional charge. They didn’t have an explanation for the charge and said they couldn’t refund it because a manager wasn’t there. Eventually she was able to refund the main charge but not the extra $1. I left without my $1 and no coffee or muffin after spending about 15 min here. 🙁

Been there twice and would return again. The food was delicious Service was almost there but its maybe because we arrive during brunch/peak hour The atmosphere was also at par with the food they serve. Overall we had a great time.

10/4/2025: We had a surprise party for my friend at B&B. We had 16 people on the patio. The service was okay. I don't think they are equipped for large groups. This was my first time here, so I wasn't sure how well we would be received having such a large group. There is plenty of parking on the shopping center style lot. The inside has tables that seat 6 max, so I would say this is a smaller crowd type place. The space is pretty small, but again, it is a coffee shop first and foremost. The menu is larger than I expected. They have paninis, burgers, salads, and more. Their wine by the glass is pricy. $12.50 for one glass. I expect that when dining at a restaurant, but the first word in there signage is COFFEE, so I didn't see dollar signs in my head when I ordered a glass of wine in a place like this. All in all, I don't live in the area and the vibe is not my style, so I will probably not be back. I am not a coffee shop type person. If you like coffee shops, you will probably enjoy this place. p.s. I did not pick this venue for our friend's birthday. I was not on the planning team. I was just an invited guest.

First time. Corbin took care of us and wow! Great service. He is super friendly and helpful. Everyone was so nice. The coffee was good, strong and lots of options, but the real surprise was the food. Expected the average fare for this type of place, but couldn't have been more wrong. High-end cooking, great flavors, excellent ingredients. You have to try the Lox Omelet. The best salmon I've had outside of Scotland! And their croissants are crispy and buttery! Delicious. We'll definitely be back.

When I walked in, it seemed like a calm Saturday morning for the staff. They kindly asked where I would like to be seated, I responded with “outside”, they also kindly cleaned our table. The host the brought us water. 10 and then 15 minutes pass where no one had come to take order. Sadly didn’t get to try the food. Service was great to start with but the location didn’t leave a good taste in my mouth by being forgotten about when it was a slow service morning.

Truly like buzz and bites. I've had a few things from their menu and it is always good. Their lattes and ice teas are delicious! Their services could be better. Everyone always seems cold and unresponsive when taking your order. No, how are yous, no responds to thank yous, just the bare minimum of taking your order. I expect that at a Wendy's but not here. Maybe I expect too much but it puts a bad energy out. It is nice they have halal meat options now though. Id go back for the lattes and comfy booths.

The service is exceptional—friendly and polite. I'm really impressed with the great management here. Excellent job all around!

This is my second time there both times for brunch. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. First time we met friends for brunch waitress was very kind and accommodating. This last time met a friend just the two of us and again every thing was delicious, coffee and Benedict’s were very good! Keep up the great service and I’m sorry I don’t remember anyone’s name but everyone I encountered was pleasant and friendly.
I recently visited this coffee shop, and while my first impression was positive, the experience quickly went downhill. Upon arrival, the lady who greeted me at the door was very kind, which I appreciated. However, when it came time to place my order, things changed.
I waited in line patiently, and when it was my turn, the waitress with braces saw me standing in front of her but chose to continue a conversation with her coworkers instead of acknowledging me. It got to the point where her coworker had to notify her to take my order, which was both unprofessional and frustrating. On top of that, my food took what felt like forever to come out.
Overall, the customer service was far from what I expected, and unfortunately, this experience is enough for me to decide I won’t be returning.

We made a reservation for 8 because it’s a small place. As we were walking in, on time, they sat 2 ppl with no reservation whose whole party wasn’t here, in our seats.
Get people who understand service!!!! It’s a joke that my friends and family who are visiting from out of town are inconvenienced because your staff can’t communicate.
