Cava is now one of our favorite chains. The green sauce on the felafel wrap is amazing. The pita chips are some of the best we’ve had at a restaurant, perfectly cooked flatbread with rock salt.

They do bowls, wraps and burritos but with a Mediterranean twist. Their spicy falafel is so good ! Dips and topping are super fresh and taste amazing !! It might get a little too much with the quality but worth the hype.

Great food, can get a little pricey with substitutions and add one but all quality stuff so work it. Did take out but counter and Collins staff seemed adequate. The only small ding i.give is the seating area which is very non-descrjptive, Cafeteria like with table chairs out of IKEA. Would be cool to be "hip" like the food but this is about and not going there for a club setting. Imagine Chipotle but much healthier and way better quality. Oh, plenty of choices so plenty of opportunities to keep coming back to find your right mix...
Parking: It is La Centerra so weekends can be a pain but otherwise no big issue.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly as tables are made for families and friends.

I’ve been coming here since they opened and love the food here, it’s fresh and flavorful. They have an interesting array of drink options. It’s always busy, but the line moves reasonably fast. The only thing I find strange is the employees always seem so dreadfully unhappy, it makes me question their working conditions and adequate wages. They tend to seem understaffed as well. For the sake of cleanliness, I’d rather there be a designated cashier/pickup order person and separate salad makers on the front line area.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at CAVA, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a modern yet comfortable vibe. The menu offers a diverse selection of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I especially loved their build-your-own bowls, which allow for customization with delicious grains, proteins, veggies, and sauces. The flavors were vibrant and perfectly balanced, and the portions were generous. The staff (Kaylani,Lori and Debora) were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, CAVA is a fantastic spot for a healthy, flavorful meal, and I can't wait to return!

I stood in an empty line for 20 minutes waiting on steak. There were several employees just standing around while one gentleman continued to make orders. The steak was finally done and yet we were still waiting! This 3pm shift is terrible. No one should ever be waiting in cava for this long for food already prepared

Despite being busy, the staff was incredibly attentive and patient in explaining all of the options to me, as I have some dietary restrictions that can make ordering difficult. Debora, in particular, was so kind and understanding. She personally guided me through the ordering process and helped me create a delicious bowl. As someone who often struggles with feeling like a burden when ordering at restaurants, her patience and kindness made me feel at ease, and I can't thank her enough for making my experience so positive.
