The Asian guy there with something on his head had a terrible attitude, slow as a turtle. He needs to be restrained and the hispanic girl with curly hair was kind of rude when I asked for a little more hummus. The service was horrible!! They all need to be restrained! Their demeanor was rude, not friendly at all. I hope the manager reads this and makes an improvement. I spent $36 on 3 bowls for an employee to tell me that they couldn't give me more hummus!! Really! Do better next time.

As every other review says, the food is incredible! Great healthy options with terrific flavor. The people helping us tonight were incredible. I had Melanie and she was awesome. My parents and I came in Thanksgiving Eve and everyone was incredibly welcoming and in the holiday cheer!

Food was pretty tasty. Service although prompt was not as friendly and extremely stingy with condiments. Tables and floor were sticky with some sort of residue. I ordered cinnamon pita which longer to make but pence ready they didn’t give me my order. Just before I left I had to go claim my order. Although I love Cava, I will not be going to this location again.

I just had the best experience. I’ve only been here twice and I’m always confused but it’s delicious no matter what I get so who cares. I brought my husband for his first time, and the girl that helped us (I didn’t get her name 😫 I think it started with an A) was so kind and recommended things to help us both pick what we wanted. It was probably the best experience I’ve ever had walking in and out to pick up dinner on a Friday night during rush hour with kids everywhere. I am so impressed and will promise to be back where I will find the girl who helped us and tell her what a fantastic experience she gave us that made our whole night. Thank you Cava cinco ranch!

Been coming here for a long time, at least 2 times a week. Juliet has a terrible customer service! Pour attitude. Hope the customer service can change in order to come back and visit.
I had high expectations for this location, given its promising appearance, but the food has fallen short. Specifically, the rice hasn't been fresh and the chicken has been overcooked and burnt. I hope they'll make improvements to their food quality
